Diary: Trolley-dolly allays Forbes' flying fear

When an airline calls on the support of a PRO it is usually to help out with media relations. But Trimedia Communications senior consultant Sarah Forbes found herself employed by British Airways to hand out meals during a flight from London to Edinburgh last week.

Trimedia is not, however, branching into airborne catering. Forbes was put to work as a trolley-dolly by cabin crew worried by her severe attack of flying nerves.

The ploy worked with the teary-eyed Forbes distracted long enough to get her back to Scotland sanity intact.

Ironically, KLM, and not BA, is a client of hers, requiring regular trips to London.
