Media Relations: Kids' shoe maker in toddler event

Children's footwear brand Start-rite Shoes is to host a sponsored walk for toddlers to raise awareness of the importance of correctly fitted shoes for young feet.

Graham Goodkind, chairman at Frank PR, which will handle publicity for the June 'toddlerthon', said the visual nature of the event would lend itself well to TV and pictorial coverage in national and women's press.

Regional media will also be targeted.

Proceeds from the sponsored walk will go to Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children.
