Organisers of The Volvo Ocean Race are planning to bring in an agency to help attract lifestyle press coverage for the November race. Volvo Ocean Race PR director Cameron Kelleher said that the organisation was in pre-race planning mode and needed everything to be in place by August. He stressed he was not currently looking for an agency but said 'given the changing marketing needs of the race, this situation could change' over the next two months. 'We want to shift away from our traditional specialist sailing audience to a broader audience,' he said.
