Egypt holds pitch for investment

The Egyptian Government has opened talks with global PR agencies as it looks to boost inward investment to the country and position it as a gateway for doing business in the Middle East.

General Authority for Investment and Freezones has invited several agencies, thought to include Weber Shandwick, Hill & Knowlton and Burson-Marsteller, to submit proposals with a pitch expected this month.

A source close to the pitch said the successful agency would need a presence in all major markets to tackle the global brief.
