Diary: Hit or Miss... Jamie Oliver's Feed Me Better campaign
Celebrity chef Jamie Oliver has sent school food rocketing up the political agenda via Channel 4 show Jamie's School Dinners. The show, which sees Oliver getting reluctant pupils to eat healthily, comes as he calls on the Government to put more money into providing healthy school meals - he has even met Education Secretary Ruth Kelly. More than 100 MPs have so far signed up to his manifesto.
A triumph, then, not just for Oliver but all those concerned about child obesity.
