LVBA was selected via a pitch process involving two other local agencies, according to Valeria Allegrini who heads the account, formerly held by Maquina da Noticia.
The agency will provide media relations and corporate PR for three of SW's four divisions in Brazil, also editing the company's in-house publication 'Noticias em Cor.' It will focus on local trade press in the architectural and construction sectors as well as mainstream media.
Initial focus will be on several product launches in Brazil, due to be unveiled at FEICON 2005, a major construction event.
Allegrini heads a team of three, reporting to SW marketing manager Allesandra Sales.
