‘Phone shopper’ targets lovers

Phone shopping service Reporo is set to launch in time for Valentine’s Day with a media campaign that emphasises its convenience and choice for purchasing gifts.

The PR campaign by Golin Harris will use a survey of consumer attitudes towards buying their partners gifts to target short-lead titles, while lifestyle magazines will be used to promote gift ideas. Radio promotions will target audiences of 18 to 40-year-old early adopters.

The online service allows customers to use their mobiles to browse and purchase from 15 sites, including CD Wow, Blackwells, Figleaves, Flowers Direct and Boots Flowers.
