Both Omnicom Group and the Publicis Groupe will take a share of the prescription drug business. The drug maker has not yet decided which firm will get which products, according to V-P of global product comms Mary-Frances Faraji.
Omnicom’s PR agencies include Fleishman-Hillard, Ketchum and Porter Novelli International, while Manning Selvage & Lee is part of Publicis.
WPP and Havas also made presentations to Schering-Plough last year.
Faraji declined to name the PR agencies that previously worked with the company.
