Scottish garden fest aims south

Exhibition organiser Rural Projects is targeting England with its Gardening Scotland 2005 show to broaden its audience and drive visitor numbers above 35,000.

The six-year-old June show will use style photography, the first featuring Scottish model Vanessa Neil in a dress made of flowers, to attract coverage in national lifestyle press. It will also target Scotland, northern England Yorkshire, Birmingham and London media.

PR activity by Real PR will include targeting the travel press to position the show as a tourist destination.
