The opt-in service will refer clients to the webitPR website when media coverage is detected, making it most useful for PROs working away from fixed internet connections, said managing director Jonathan Dolby.
‘PROs need this speed of delivery – especially agencies that need to appear to be the first to know of their clients’ coverage,’ he said.
WebitPR, which specialises in the technology, gaming and healthcare industries, has also partnered with online TV station TelecomTV to offer clients video news-release production, distribution and monitoring.
The service launches at February’s 3GSM World Congress and will be accessible via TelecomTV’s site.
