Chauvet takes on APCO France job

PARIS: Former Fleishman-Hillard France chairman Christine Chauvet has been hired as a senior counsellor by APCO France.

She reports to APCO France MD Claire Boussagol, who said Chauvet will counsel clients and oversee the agency’s development.

Chauvet, who served under the first Alain Juppé government in 1995 as external trade secretary, is global V-P of the Worldwide Network of Women Business Owners and chairman of the supervisory board of the Compagnie Nationale du Rhône.

Chauvet’s contacts include French politicians aligned to the political right.
