Chiumento, who recently sold the consultancy that bears his name to his ex-wife and launched Rialto last month, will take advantage of his HR industry profile to comment on HR issues in trade titles and the nationals.

PR agency Brazil has been hired to handle Rialto’s PR on a brief that will also include announcements of acquisitions and senior appointments as it follows ambitious plans for growth.
