Chorion, which allocates licences for Noddy-branded products, will operate a Noddy theatre production, taking in eight UK cities in November and December. It will also adopt a PR leadership role with its licensee companies, such as Harper Collins.
It has hired Four Communications to manage the campaign to promote the
character, who was created by Enid Blyton in 1949.
Chorion global brand manager Andrew Piller said the campaign would build on the success of the Noddy brand over the past two years and help promote new products.
The corporate and trade comms account for Noddy is handled by Portland PR.
