Irish trade body jobs up for grabs

InterTradeIreland, the trade and business development agency set up under the 1998 Good Friday agreement to encourage cross-border business, is on the hunt for agency support to handle media relations, PR and lobbying efforts.

The five-year-old body is looking to employ four agencies on three-year contracts.

The existing accounts expire in February.

Contracts will cover PR, event management, media monitoring, advertising and design support.

Nearly 70 expressions of interest have been received already, according to

communications manager Suzanne Doran.
