Former Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer interim head of communications Joy Frascinella has joined the corporate law firm as senior communications manager. He reports to Cleary Gottlieb director of marketing and PR Irena Greaves.
Frascinella left Freshfields in May after acting as head of communications while Anna Mitchell was on maternity leave. She previously worked at UK firm Lovells.
Cleary Gottlieb specialises in mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and complicated finance deals.
