Doc Asia clients include P&G, Wockhardt, Abbott Laboratories, Novartis and Bayer. Its services include doctor contact programs with healthcare professionals, online initiatives, influencer marketing and CRM activitites.
The move comes as part of the agency's continuing expansion plans, and according to managing director Sunil Gautam, reflects a wider trend in Indian PR towards consolidation and specialization. 'It is an effort towards making Hanmer & Partners a complete communications company capable of offering services across all industries,' he said.
Hanmer announced an agreement in May this year with the Dubai Media City-based Integrated Advertising Services, to create IAS Hanmer & Partners. The agency currently has a team of 165, operating from 27 offices across India.
