Cartridge firm Jet Tec to lift profile

Jet Tec, Europe’s largest manufacturer of compatible inkjet cartridges, is aiming to build its consumer media profile to highlight its applications for the home on the back of product launches.

Richard Merrin, director of Spreckley Partners, which has been appointed to handle Jet Tec’s PR, said the campaign would attempt to move the company beyond the technology press by demonstrating the cartridges’ applications in the home and illustrating what families can achieve using the products.

A regional PR drive will coincide with Jet Tec’s first major regional TV campaign in January, while a national consumer and trade media campaign will emphasise the cartridges’ compatibility with all printers.

Spreckley reports to commercial director William Studholme. Jet Tec has a turnover of more than £20m.
