Tempest-Hay is to join Blue Rubicon after nearly five years at FH, where his responsibilities included new business generation.
Reporting to managing director Fraser Hardie, Tempest-Hay will be responsible for client services and new business at Blue Rubicon.
Tempest-Hay said: ‘At FH there are 22 directors, so making an impact at driving the business forward can be quite hard. But when you are one of three, you have a good opportunity to make a difference.’
Blue Rubicon’s clients include fast-food giant Mc-Donald’s, pharmaceuticals firm GlaxoSmithKline and FMCG group Lever Fabergé.
