Douwe Egberts in retail sales push

Coffee brand Douwe Egberts has called in B2B Communications for a trade PR brief to position it as a coffee expert and to maximise sales by working with supermarket groups on in-store positioning.

Douwe Egberts category manager Rob Stroud said: ‘We want to establish ourselves as a category authority on coffee with an understanding of how retailers can maximise a return from their retail space.’

B2B secured the business on an annual retainer after a four-way pitch.
