Public Affairs: Lewis boosts its presence in US

WASHINGTON: Lewis Communications has opened an office in Washington to serve its US clients and boost its public affairs clout across the Atlantic.

Lewis associate director Ian Lipner heads the office, which has a staff of three.

He will be responsible for existing clients, including defragmentation software firm Raxco and security software developer Platform Logic, as well as developing new business.

'A more significant presence in Washington was an important next step in our effort to deliver our services worldwide,' said Lewis president and chief executive Chris Lewis.

Lewis has opened offices in Singapore, Milan, Copenhagen, Madrid and San Francisco in the past year.
