Kilpatrick lands Molton Brown job

Luxury British cosmetics and toiletries brand Molton Brown has drafted in Kilpatrick PR to handle communications across its product portfolio.

The appointment comes as Molton Brown diversifies within the luxury goods market, further expanding its range above its traditional bath and body products to merchandise such as leather travel accessories and more ‘home ambience’ goods, such as luxury candles.

The London-based niche agency replaces four-and-a-half-year incumbent Pure PR on the account.

Kilpatrick was appointed following discussions that began two months ago and an uncompetitive pitch, according to Molton Brown marketing director Alison Jordan.
