Gaming Bourse targets punters

Online betting shop The Gaming Bourse has launched a combined financial and consumer comms campaign to drum up business with City punters.

The company has brought in consumer firm QBO Bell Pottinger and Bell Pottinger Corporate and Financial to run the campaign, which aims to persuade traders and analysts following The Gaming Bourse’s recent flotation, to place bets with the firm on its, which was due to go live this week.

‘We are jointly advertising the site with the AIM flotation, saying that the type of person who would use Punt2Punt would also see The Gaming Bourse as a good investment,’ said QBO BP director Alister Martin.

The campaign is targeting the financial pages of the national press and specialised publications such as Investor’s Chronicle and The Racing Post.

The Gaming Bourse’s flotation opened on the London Stock Exchange’s AIM market last Monday (17 May) and closes on 10 June.
