Wimpey begins internal PR drive

House builder George Wimpey has instigated an internal comms drive in a bid to boost customer service.

The company has appointed Glasgow agency 24:Seven PR and its sister design agency Reflexblue to produce ‘Growing Wiser’, an internal document for staff.

It is designed as a customer service aid for employees to refer to, from the design and planning stage to post-sale.

24:Seven consultant Jan Torrance said: ‘We developed the brand and structure as a reference document for everyone from bricklayers to senior management.’
