Community push readied by BSkyB

Geronimo is to launch a campaign to promote BSkyB’s community investment initiative Reach for the Sky Live, a series of events for young people through July and August.

This year’s initiative will see a series of workshops in London, Birmingham and Glasgow, giving youngsters the opportunity to try their hand at vocational professions. The campaign will target regional and youth consumer press, promoting competitions and getting local celebrities to the events.

BSkyB has also handed The Outside Organisation a six-month contract to manage Sky Music’s PR, while Countrywide Porter Novelli has won a six-month contract to publicise Sky Travel.
