Video Networks appoints Frank

Video Networks has drafted in Frank PR to promote its video-on-demand service HomeChoice.

The appointment comes as HomeChoice, which provides broadband internet access and video via a set-top box, prepares for a brand re-launch and fresh advertising.

HomeChoice is only available in parts of London and has around 5,000 customers.

Frank, which beat Launch PR in a two-way pitch to secure the consumer contract, reports to Video Networks director of marketing Vicky Mitchell.

Video Networks has not retained a PR agency since its days as Videonet, when it used Biss Lancaster.
