Prowess focuses on press relations

Prowess, the association for female entrepreneurs, has started a drive to bolster coverage in features sections of newspapers and women’s lifestyle titles using case studies, events and research from like-minded organisations.

Prowess executive director Erika Watson said the association would benefit from working alongside newly appointed agency Integra Communications’ clients, such as the Institute of Business Advisers, the National Federation of Enterprise Agencies and the University of Nottingham In- stitute for Enterprise and Innovation.

Integra senior account director Louise Third said Prowess had become well known with specialist journalists since its October 2002 launch but needed to target more features editors as well as radio and TV programmes such as Five Live and Working Lunch.
