Leicester Uni in PR push for business

The University of Leicester has appointed Communications Management PR to develop its business website as part of a campaign to increase income from businesses.

Targeting senior managers and business advisers, the site will demonstrate how the university provides solutions to business problems such as staff training, new product development, consultancy and competitor analysis.

Communications Management education practice director Justin Shaw said: ‘As competition in this sector increases, universities must be able to provide concrete examples of the ways in which they are working to address the needs of business, not just a list of services on offer.’

The business website will be launched in the summer.
