Ford shakes up comms structure

DEARBORN, MI: Ford Motor Company has reorganised its communications operations, bringing North and South American public affairs staffers under a single unit for the first time.

The move reflects corporate structure changes in the fourth quarter of last year, explained Ray Day, Ford director of North America, South America and global product public affairs.

Before the reorganisation, Day had overseen North America and global products communications.

Della DiPietro has become director of North and South America public

affairs.
