According to Tojal, Wärtsilä held a pitch for the work at the beginning of 2003, but did not immediately appoint an agency. It hired SPS in October for a project, and has now appointed the agency on a permanent basis.
Maria Cecilia Brandi will head the new account, working under the supervision of SPS director Valeria Verissimo. They will report to Wärtsilä Brazil's executive director Robson Campos.
