NATMAGS: Cosmopolitan Hair and Beauty, a spin-off from women's title Cosmopolitan, has signed Katy Hill to join its editorial team as beauty tester. Reporting to editor Melanie Goose, Hill will trial beauty treatments around the country for the National Magazine Company publication.
