EDITORIAL: Blair has regained ground in PR arena
Whether Tony Blair is suffering from an irrevocable breakdown of trust among the British people or is simply going through a nasty bout of mid-term blues is still up for debate, but the tack taken by his minders in Bournemouth this week, to focus on domestic issues rather than Iraq, suggests a recognition that, on the latter issue at least, the PR battle is lost.
