The move sees Gebbett reunited with Four co-founder Nan Williams, who is a former head of BSMG Worldwide UK, the agency that Gebbett worked at for more than 30 years before joining Hill & Knowlton in 2000.
Gebbett will be in charge of six account managers, working for clients that include British Midland and Reebok Fitness.
Four founding partner Ray Eglington said the firm had also appointed Gebbett to boost its consumer business and help win more clients
‘We wanted to bring in someone quite senior, and Steve has been in the business longer than anyone,’ he said.
