Band & Brown’s new CEO Gerry Hopkinson, who was appointed last week, is to lead the account. He is tasked with building a global PR agency network in SHL’s key markets in Europe, the US and Asia.
Band & Brown’s corporate reputation management division and its interactive agency, iJack, will be working on the account.
Hopkinson said: ‘We will be making sure people understand the business benefits of psychometric testing. There have been a few cowboys in recent years, who have come with limited understanding of occupational psychology. Because [SHL is] the leader in the sector, its reputation has taken a bit of a hit. We want to get people to see how it really works.’
SHL’s clients include BA, the United Nations, and AC Milan.
