Fishburn Hedges director quits for corporate PR job

Fishburn Hedges associate director Luke Blair has quit to join corporate comms specialist London Communications Agency.

Blair, who headed FH’s recent contract with Transport for London (TfL) surrounding the introduction of the congestion charge scheme, will join LCA as an account director in November.

While handling the congestion charging account, Blair spent two years on secondment to TfL, returning to FH when the contract ended in March.

At LCA Blair will be re-united with agency co-founder Robert Gordon Clark. The pair worked together at business group London First in 1997.

LCA has also hired Penny Andrews as an account manager. She joins from the Energy Savings Trust, where she was PR and media manger.

LCA clients include Business Link for London and Meridian Delta, the consortium that is redeveloping the Greenwich peninsula.
