MEDIA BRIEF: Job swaps to bring new look

THE DAILY TELEGRAPH: A series of job swaps among senior journalists will bring a new look to The Daily Telegraph's foreign coverage from September. Foreign editor Alec Russell is moving to the US as the paper's Washington bureau chief. He replaces Toby Harnden, who will be based in Jerusalem, reporting on the Middle East. Alan Philps, currently in that post, is to take over Russell's job as foreign editor.
