The personnel firm – whose European headquarters are in Brussels – this week confirmed the appointment of Ruder-Finn after a six-month agency search process.
The UK consultancy, which will work alongside Manpower’s existing network of local agencies, will initially handle ‘perception, messaging and brand work’, according to Ruder-Finn client services director Jo Perrin.
The agency account team reports to EMEA marketing director Lyndon Evans and executive V-P and MD EMEA Yoav Michaely.
Evans said Ruder-Finn would target pan-European media, such as CNN and BusinessWeek, in a bid to raise Manpower’s corporate profile.
The agency will also aim to boost the sharing of best practice across both Manpower’s in-house PROs and its agencies.
