MEDIA BRIEF: launched

HIGH.TV: An internet-only TV channel, called, has been launched by London-based Narrowstep Inc. Aimed mainly at broadband viewers, it is free-to-air and paid for by sponsorship and advertising. Programming is a mixture of extreme sports and outdoor adventure, including travelogues, training and information films, packaged in three-minute segments. Sub-channels are to be introduced to cater for individual sports.
