The launch, on Sky digital, means interactive viewers will be able to access financial data, as well as create a personal portfolio of shares that can then be displayed as a personalised ticker.
One of the key interactive facilities will be a live voting platform that allows viewers to vote on business topics of the day.
Bloomberg's head of interactive TV Jo Sherlock said: 'The ability of viewers to email and vote on different topics gives us a growing ability to develop personalised relationships with them.'
Viewers can also select news stories in the five categories of UK business, world business, technology, sports and government.
An email facility will allow Bloomberg to receive comments and questions.
