He said that unlike other music titles it will focus more on the UK club scene lifestyle, rather than just the music, giving more opportunity for PROs involved in fashion and youth culture to contact the editorial team.
Davey said the monthly title will also have a regular focus on celebrities.
The first to be featured in the launch issue, which comes out on 20 June, is the photographer Rankin.
While Davey denies that Tense's market is crowded, the title is more likely to compete against lifestyle titles such as The Face and Dazed and Confused, rather than magazines like Mixmag and Muzic.
Davey has co-launched the title with MD of Impact Ventures Rachel Bee.
