Half of government comms staff should be sacked, says ex-vaccine chief

Dame Kate Bingham, former chair of the UK’s COVID-19 Vaccine Taskforce, has attacked government comms – calling for a mass sacking of comms staff and accusing Lee Cain of briefing against her during his time at Downing Street.
