DIARY: Daylight robbery scene at Fourth Day PR's office

The daily routine of London Bridge-based B2B and tech agency Fourth Day PR was temporarily fractured last week when Crimewatch paid a visit to reconstruct events that the Metropolitan Police hope will lead to the capture of a criminal.

It's worth stressing here that none of Fourth Day's staff is under investigation; instead Crimewatch is seeking to catch a man who was caught red-handed in a robbery at Fourth Day's office in the late 1980s.

At the time - when Fourth Day was a mere twinkle in its founders' eyes - the building was home to a wine firm, whose wares Crimewatch's target was caught rifling through.

The man went to ground in the 1990s but another similar incident more recently has re-alerted the Met to him, hence the reconstruction of this former crime - and a few hours in the company of the Beeb for Fourth Day's bemused staff.
