An 8-strong Ketchum Seis team has handled PR for Microsoft business divisions for over 10 years. The agency handles comms for most Microsoft units but doesn't for the MSN Network.
Prior to the appointment, De la Iglesia was publications director at IDG communications and was a top executive at top software and computer magazine Computer World before that.
