MEDIA BRIEF: Ethnic Media Group buys Indiaweekly

INDIAWEEKLY: Ethnic Media Group, publisher of New Nation, Asian Eye and Eastern Times, has bought Indiaweekly, the English-language title for readers from the sub-continent. Launched in 1964, Indiaweekly was owned by Ashoka Publications. Chairman of Ethnic Media Group Gurmeet Khangura said it was 'a well-established title with a very good reputation. It will be a valuable addition to our stable of newspapers'.
