RAC media relations manager Nina Arnott said the review was 'part of a requirement to review our suppliers on a regular basis'.

Arnott added that although the focus is for public affairs support, this traditionally has a media relations element to it: 'We like our public affairs agencies to have experience in a number of areas.'
