Cleveland joins from an international role as marketing director for fresh-brewed coffee brand Douwe Egberts. She began her career in sales for fashion group Yves Saint Laurent before joining food firm Sara Lee in charge of a raft of product portfolios, including, latterly, the Douwe Egberts brand.
Cleveland is credited with overseeing the 'make it a real good time' marketing campaign for Douwe Egberts, and in her time there the coffee marque became the third largest by sales volume in the UK.
WMPR's clients include the Food Solutions division of Unilever Bestfoods, and P&G Professional, a division of conglomerate Proctor and Gamble. The 16-year-old agency has 20 staff.
