DIARY: Brewer comes armed with formidable guest list

After 25-years of boozing and schmoozing with the stars, publicist (and self-publicist) extraordinaire Liz Brewer is to share her tricks of the trade.

The renowned hostess, celebrity PRO, TV regular and former debutante is this month launching her first book, The Party Bible, a step-by-step guide to party-throwing.

Rather aptly, Brewer is holding not one but two lavish launch parties.

The first, set for 24 March and hosted by publisher Artnik at London's reassuringly expensive Sketch - is described as a 'small soiree' of (only) 300 guests.

The second is being organised by Brewer herself on April Fool's Day at Sarasota.

Guests will include 'friends and clients past and present' - such as Dame Shirley Bassey, Cilla Black, Robbie Coltrane, Elle McPherson, Buzz Aldrin and Anita Roddick.

Even if armed with Brewer's book, followers will surely never match that guest list.
