Jess Frost takes up her new role in March and will focus on public affairs and crisis comms, helping Brunswick develop its London office’s growing Public Affairs offering.

Her appointment is the third senior appointment at the consultancy this year. Brunswick Group recently promoted Meaghan Ramsey and Tom Burns as managing partners and co-leads of its London office.

Frost most recently worked as senior managing director and co-head of public affairs at Teneo, where she was also a member of the London office’s executive committee.

Prior to Teneo, she was an associate director at crisis consultancy firm Regester Larkin (now part of Deloitte), where she was responsible for reputation management and strategic communications.

Frost has also worked at public affairs and corporate communications consultancy Open Road, helping to grow its healthcare and sustainability practices, and Lexington Communications.

“We have an extremely strong public affairs team in London, which counsels clients on their most pressing regulatory and policy issues,” Brunswick chief executive Neal Wolin said. “Jess brings a wealth of experience and will meaningfully strengthen our public affairs and crisis capabilities in the UK and globally. We are delighted that she joins at such an exciting time for our firm.”

Frost said: “As we emerge from the pandemic, governments face stark choices about how to reduce economic support and generate growth. These decisions will have a profound effect on businesses in every sector across the globe. Brunswick is, without question, the world’s leading advisory firm for these critical issues, and I am very excited to join the firm at such an important time for our clients.”
