The agency said the Crisis+ system offers "real-time guidance and implementation to respond and recover when crises hit". Services include resilience reviews, an on-call service and a dedicated team for rapid deployment in the event of a live incident.
The offer is led by Kate Brader, a managing director within Strategic Communications. Before joining FTI a year ago, she worked at Regester Larkin, the crisis comms specialist acquired by Deloitte in 2016.
There she developed and led the Live Response service offering and capability at Deloitte, and the cross-functional responses to several high-profile cyber incidents.
John Waples, EMEA vice-chairman and head of Strategic Communications in the UK at FTI, said: “Being able to offer this comprehensive support to our clients, through Crisis+, is an exciting moment. Kate’s appointment emphasises our commitment to providing fully integrated crisis counsel to our clients during these challenging times. I know she will be a tremendous asset to our firm and our clients.”
