MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA: Kaylin Trychon is set to join Google's corporate communications team to lead the technology giant's security communications.
Trychon is joining Google from public affairs firm ROKK Solutions, where she was VP and cybersecurity practice lead. She led the agency’s cybersecurity and intelligence team and developed and implemented strategic communications to advance client brand identity.
Previously, Trychon was cybersecurity communications manager at aerospace and defense contractor Raytheon and senior account executive at agency InkHouse.
Following the January 6 insurrection at the U.S. Capitol, Google has banned right-wing social media app Parler from the Google Play store. Fellow Alphabet company YouTube suspended President Donald Trump’s channel, following the lead of other social media companies such as Twitter and Facebook.
