Woodward joined Grayling in July 2018 and the agency said her early career has been defined by her ability to build impactful campaigns that uniquely sets her clients apart from competitors.
She won praise for inspiring clients into unique media conversations. Woodward steered a campaign to champion women in tech through a high-profile event with 14 industry-leading women for cyber security firm Kaspersky to address the gender imbalance in the sector. The campaign generated 1.5m media impressions around the lack of female role models in STEM jobs
Woodward was also commended for championing key clients in their industry. As part of the Moneyfarm team, Molly positioned the platform as a leading digital wealth manager - profiling and campaign engagement resulted in an increase in customer acquisition by 300% and Moneyfarm’s industry ranking rising from fourth to second place. In her work spotlighting the Women’s World Cup as part of Visa’s sponsorship, Woodward helped secure 74 pieces of coverage - 41 per cent in national and top tier media - for Visa’s ‘One Moment Can Change the Game’ global campaign.
She has a 100 per cent pitch rate success, including winning a six-figure financial services account for Grayling last year. As part of a three-strong team, she managed the Proxima account to increase the client retainer threefold.
Within her first year at Grayling, Woodward won the agency’s Grayling Gold Award, which recognises dedication and commitment from employees to their clients and the role. Her rapid progression from account executive to account manager in 18 months is a testament to her skills and accomplishments.
"Molly has achieved a huge amount in her relatively short career so far and she clearly has a fantastic career ahead of her. An outstanding candidate for newcomer of the year."
